Beadling Sports Club Annual Golf Outing
Dear Patrons & Golfers:
The 2024 Annual Golf Outing for members & guests of the Beadling Sports Club will be held on Saturday, June 29th at the Ponderosa Golf Course.
The Annual Golf Outing is also a charity event that has raised over $46,500.00 for deserving charities such as Light of Life Rescue Mission, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Wounded Warriors.
We are also soliciting donations for the outing such as prizes, gift certificates, and monetary contributions. All sponsors will be recognized at the golf course and the golf dinner, either verbally or with signage, for any donation or prizes/gift certificates. All monetary contributions will be given to a charity.
· Sign-up sheets are available at the club. Please see the bartender on duty to sign-up.
· Cost is $115/golfer or $460/foursome.
· The outing is limited to 128 golfers on a first come, first served basis.
· After the outing sells out an alternate list will be initiated.
· Outing fees must be paid in full by May 1st, 2024.
· Checks or Cash. Please make your check payable to: Beadling Sports Club (Make sure that you receive a payment receipt and that the bartender staples a payment receipt to the golf outing sign-up form.)
· Golfing spots that are not paid by May 1th will be forfeited & alternates will be contacted.
· If you sign-up as a Foursome, please have all checks or cash available at the time of sign-up. Total $460/foursome amount, (One check is preferable but individual $115.00 checks/per person are also welcome.) Also please list all Golfers first and last names at the time of sign-up, “To Be Determined” will not be accepted.
· Singles and Doubles are welcome.
· NO REFUNDS. Make sure that you are able to play or you have someone else take your place. NO REFUNDS.
Day of the event:
· 9:00 AM shotgun start.
· Please arrive by 8:00 AM to register.
· Event will include a blind draw.
· Breakfast is available at the course but not included in the registration fee.
· Open bar & catered dinner at the Beadling Sports Club immediately following golf.
Even if you are not a golfer, we need volunteers to help on the day of the outing in any way you can.
